I'm not a big company — I'm your neighbour, and I genuinely care.
I never make you feel silly for asking. Every question is a good question.
No confusing tech talk. I explain things in a way that makes sense to you.
No travelling, no waiting rooms. I come to you, on your schedule.

Helping Hand Tech
Hi, I'm Jordan — a Lake Country local, husband, and dad of two teenagers. I started Helping Hand Tech because I kept seeing the same thing happen with my own parents, grandparents, and in-laws: they needed help with technology, and nobody had the patience to really sit down and help them.
Staying connected with the people you love, and being able to look back at cherished memories — that's one of the best parts of life. I never want technology to get in the way of that for you.
Professionally, I'm a two-time Emmy Award-winning Sound & Tech Consultant. I really do know my stuff. But what I'm most proud of is being someone you can trust to come into your home, take as much time as you need, and never make you feel anything less than capable.
"I come to every visit the same way I'd want someone to help my own grandmother — with patience, kindness, and absolutely no rush."
— Jordan WibergReal stories from real Okanagan residents.
"I finally managed to video call my grandchildren in Ontario! Jordan showed me how to use my iPad and was so patient with all my questions. I felt completely at ease."
"I had a box of VHS tapes I thought I'd never see again. Jordan got everything transferred to a USB stick for me. Watching those old family videos was such a gift."
"Setting up my new phone was overwhelming — I was about to return it. One visit and now I use it every day. I even access my health records online on my own!"
"Jordan came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He took all the time I needed, never made me feel rushed, and I finally feel confident using my computer."
I'd love to hear from you. Call, email, or fill in the form — I'll be in touch quickly.
